Victims of psychopathic and narcissistic abuse (the many) who have healed, recovered and risen above the darkness (the few) develop a keen instinct to spot narcissists a mile away.
It’s like we are given a new pair of glasses which allow us to see behind the mask and facade these toxic creatures masquerade under.
Reaching this level of mastery can take many months or even years of relentless education on the subject, strict discipline in sustaining the No Contact Rule, and a never ending spree of self validating stances and actions against anyone who even comes close to crossing your newly established boundaries.
With this Anti-Narcissist power comes great responsibility.
As a soldier in the War Against Psychopaths, the mission is simple:
- To live and love again at the highest level while becoming the greatest version of ourselves
- To spread awareness of narcissistic abuse and help other victims out of their toxic abusive relationships
- To expose all psychopath narcissists we come in contact with; disarming them of their dark powers and affairs
First and foremost we must learn how to live an abundant life again and rebuild our self esteem.
We must learn to trust people again (yes there are billions of trust worthy people left in the planet.)
And best of all, we must learn how to love again without fear.
Next, we must help other victims expose their captors and regain control of their lives. We cannot keep what we do not give away. That is the deal.
If we are to fully recover from narcissistic psychological abuse, we cannot withhold the knowledge we learned from others who might need it; knowledge that we practically gave our lives for.
This responsibility is a privilege and one we must uphold for the act of helping a victim destroy their psychopath narcissist, even though it’s not the same psychopath that tortured us, serves as a form of sweet revenge and self empowerment.
We destroy narcissists and psychopaths by exposing them and taking away their control over us, not thru violent acts of kidnapping, torture or homicide. (sorry folks but we’re the good guys here.)
We see them. We expose them. And we plunder back what was taken from us.
No Tolerance. No Nonsense. No Bull Shit.
This in and of itself will send a narcissist into a frenzy for it disrupts their master plan and psychological hold on our minds. It’s the moment for the first time in the relationship when they experience a severe and deliberate narcissistic injury and they can’t deal with it lightly.
To a person with narcissistic personality disorder, a narcissistic injury feels to them like what holy water feels on the devil’s skin; it burns hotter than the fires of hell.
The psychopath will come at you harder once you’ve injured them. They will prepare a punishment greater than you have already experienced but they will fail for now the know that YOU KNOW what they are.
They are aware that YOU now hold the power to injure them again and the last thing a narcissist wants is to be exposed. Much like a spy, once their cover has been blown, the entire operation is compromised and their identity is recognized which puts them out of business.
When you think about it, we got to learn the ins and out of these narcissist individuals – how they operate, what makes them tick, how they manipulate others, how they exercise their master plan, etc – by living thru the nightmare ourselves.
The number of psychopath narcissists in the world is exponentially growing. We must come together and rise above the darkness these monsters have cast upon our lives.
We didn’t ask for this, it was bestowed upon us. What we’ve been through is what made us who we are. And now we are Soldiers in the War Against Psychopaths.

The worst situation for a victim is not to know what is going on, what you dealing with. I know this from experience, I read a book about lies, because I had this feeling I was lied to a lot, but never could prove it and felt I am losing it. The author mentioned *psychopathic lies* this gave me an important clue to research further, without this … I dont want to imagine.
So it is very important to spread this information maybe someone in need will find it!
Thanks for your courage and my blessings on your journey into recovery. I didn’t know my ex was a psychopath until after the discard. My obsession with discovering the truth and making sense out of what transpired in that horrible relationshit drove me into many web forums where victims were discussing sociopathic symptoms, narcissism, psychopathy, etc. At first I ignored such threads but the more I researched their behavior, the more clues I discovered. It all made sense after I learned more about what a psychopath is and behaves and suddenly my brain was able to revert back into some sort of functioning muscle and the rest is history.
